How do I connect my accounting data?
One click. You authorise GalaxyCFO through Xero's secure login — you never give us your Xero password — and we pull your chart of accounts, invoices, bills, payroll and roughly twelve months of bank history. From there the forecast builds itself. No Xero yet? You can enter figures manually or paste in bank lines.
How long until I can see my data?
Usually under five minutes. After you connect Xero the first sync runs in the background and shows live progress — step by step — so you know exactly when it's ready. Big businesses with years of history take a little longer, but you can watch it fill in.
Is my data safe? Who can see payroll?
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and it's yours — you can disconnect Xero or delete your account at any time. Employee-level payroll is masked by default and sits behind a PIN, so wages and names aren't on show to everyone with access. See our security page for the detail.
What does it cost, and what's included?
A$149 per business per month. That's the full cash flow engine — every feature, the AI assistant, and free onboarding — with nothing metered or held back. Additional entities are priced per business; get in touch if you're an advisor running several.
Is there a free trial? Do I need a card?
Yes — 14 days free, no credit card required. You get the whole product and free onboarding during the trial. Add a card only when you decide to continue.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. If you don't subscribe, access pauses at the end of the trial and your data is kept safe — subscribe whenever you're ready and everything is exactly where you left it.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There's no lock-in and no annual commitment. Cancel from your billing settings whenever you like and you won't be charged again.
I run several businesses / I'm an advisor. Can I use it across clients?
Yes. GalaxyCFO is built entity-first — each business gets its own forecast, connections and settings, and you switch between them from one login. If you're an advisory practice with multiple clients, contact us about practice pricing.
Is it only a cash flow tool?
